CANCELLATION POLICY

⭐️A card on file will be required to book new appointments online. ⭐️Any appointments that are no-shows or cancelled within a less than 48 hour notice will be charged 50% of what the service is. This is a non-negotiable policy to ensure there’s enough time to book someone else in your time slot. ⭐️Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, a late fee of $15 will be added to your service total. ⭐️Clients arriving 30 minutes or more late may need to reschedule depending on the remaining appointment time, and a cancellation fee may apply. ⭐️Understandably, things happen.
