Cancellation Policy
A card will be required upon booking new appointments online.
Any appointments that are no-shows or cancelled within a less than 48 hour notice will be charged 50% of what the service is.
This is a non-negotiable policy to ensure there’s enough time to book someone else in replacement for the day and/or so the salon does not lose out on a full day or hours of work.
